Grantors include Lincoln Community Foundation, the Nebraska Arts Council and Cultural Endowment, the Cooper Foundation, the Pearle Francis Finigan Foundation and the Harris Foundation. Local partners include: Dietze Music House, CGSmusic, Harris Academy of the Arts, Marilyn Wallin and local piano tuners: Adkins Piano Tuning, Larry Caldwell, Norman Dority, Scott Kerns & Rachel West . For more information visit www.LMTA.info, and click the Music Outreach or M.U.S.I.C. button.

The Lincoln Music Teachers Association is a nonprofit organization of approximately 80 members. Monthly meetings, held from September to May, offer teachers networking opportunities and continuing ed. LMTA hosts additional teacher education workshops and events for students, such as composition contests, theory fun fairs, monster concerts, etc.
