Membership Dues

When joining MTNA/NMTA/LMTA, new members should include a payment of $18.00 for local (LMTA) dues in addition to the dues for MTNA and NMTA. The LMTA dues amount will not show up on the MTNA New Member Application, but new members can fill in $18.00 in the appropriate blank and include that with their payment.

On subsequent dues notifications when renewing membership each year, the local dues amount will automatically appear on the form.

The active membership year begins July 1 and ends June 30th of the following year.

Student membership year begins October 1 and ends September 30 the following year.

Dues listed below are for full year memberships; July 1^st to June 30^th of the following year.

Dues are half-price for new members joining after January 1^st.

Active Membership is required for teachers and their students to participate in LMTA, NMTA, and MTNA events and programs.
